SHIPPING & HANDLING





I ship all my prints using New Zealand Post bubble wrap bags, I pack the print with a sheet of board to preserve the print during its journey. ​ Prices are as follows: ​

A4 Print Within NZ - $6.50
Australia - $10
Rest of the world $16.50 ​

A3 Print Within NZ - $8.50
Australia - $12
Rest of the World - $18.50

Originals - Priced & shipping to be discussed with Buyer in a per purchase basis



REFUNDS & CAncellations





Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order, if it hasn't been processed then we can provide a full refund. If it has been processed then sorry, but you will need to return the item at your own expense. I take care with packaging to ensure it's safe arrival, however should an item be damaged, simply send a photo of it to anniehaywardart@outlook.com and I will gladly send you a replacement free of charge. If you simply change your mind, you may return the item to me in perfect condition and I will refund you the price of the item via PayPal. However, initial shipping costs are non-refundable and return postage is your responsibility.
